Having started the Asia HRD Congress® in 2002, we are proud to be celebrating the 24th anniversary in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. The Asia HRD Congress® started initially as Trainers-Meet-Trainers® (TMT) conference as early as 1985 on a complimentary basis helping people learn, network, share and shape best practices. Over the last 30+ years it has grown in popularity and attracted thousands of participants from around the world. In 2002, it expanded in scope and evolved into what we know today as The Asia HRD Congress®. Since then, the event has been rotated around various Asian capitals.

Yes, you can do so. The registration can be transferred to a new delegate. However, to avoid confusion, please ensure the name of the substitute delegate is forwarded to us [email protected] at least 7 working days prior to the event.
For cancellation of registration, I'm sorry to inform that no refund will be made but substitute is welcomed. To transfer your registration, please refer to the above.
Unfortunately, you cannot reinstate your original registration after you have transferred it to someone else. You would require sending in a new registration at the recent published rate for that time.
Fee packages published do not include travel and accommodation. You will need to make the necessary bookings by your own. Please contact [email protected] if you like us to recommend nearby hotels for you.
As for international delegates, please ensure your international passport has a minimum validity of six (6) months from the date of travel and to ensure that a visa is obtained prior to your travel date if it is required for you to travel to Malaysia.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, alter, or reschedule the Congress for any reason, including because the Organizer determines at its discretion that the Congress cannot be held as planned. The Organizer also reserves the right to close registration when tickets are sold out or if local mandates impose restrictions. Should the Organizer cancel the conference for any reason, your congress fees will be refunded.
Should the conference be rescheduled, all registrants will be offered the opportunity to transfer registration to the new date or opt for a full refund.
