The goal of the Asia HRD Congress®, our flagship event, is to enable participants to learn, share, network and shape the best human capital practices that reflect a global vision while providing unique Asian insights gleaned from local practices.

The Asia HRD Congress® is a dynamic learning platform that brings business leaders and HR practitioners together to help them add value to the field by building a body of knowledge that can be of use to the HRD community everywhere. First held in 2002, the Asia HRD Congress® has roots in an earlier event, the Trainers Meet Trainers® (TMT), which was initiated in 1985. Together, the two events have given SMR HR Group over 3 decades of experience in fashioning and streamlining a well-recognised knowledge sharing platform.
