
Prof Francisco Roman
Professor Francisco L. Roman has been associated with AIM since 1970. He was Executive Director, RVR-Center for CSR, and C V Starr Center & Hills Governance Program Head, as well as AIM Office of Research and Publications, and Coordinator for the Birla Grant on Asian Family Corporations.
He served as the Associate Dean of the Asian Center for Entrepreneurship (ACE). Prior to ACE, Prof. Roman taught with the faculty of the Center for Development Management (CDM) at AIM—focusing on applying competitiveness concepts and methodology in the development context.
Prof. Roman currently teaches Corporate Social Responsibility & Governance, Family Firms Management and Asian Business Systems, Competitiveness & Cluster Development, and SME Entrepreneurship in the Strategy Department of AIM. He has been teaching a course on Entrepreneurship in Family firms at the Nagoya University of Commerce and Business since 2016.
