Lionel Paul David is a seasoned HR leader recognized for strategizing various HR interventions for Fortune 500 companies and high growth Startups across India and APAC, driving the transformative HR agenda, building and nurturing HR teams from grounds up who have outperformed year after year.
He is currently the Head of HR at Watertec India, a Warburg Pincus Portfolio Company. He leads a pan India team of 110+ members and drives the organizational growth strategy as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
His last assignment was with Stellantis (world’s 3rd largest automobile company) as a member of the regional HR leadership team, he served as their Workforce Head and HR Business Advisor for India and Asia Pacific Region.
His leadership experience spans across Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Media, Agro, IT and ITES industries and He Has Been Identified as High Potential/Top Talent in All Organizations worked for, Consistently Provided with Additional Responsibilities, Special Projects and Role Expansion Opportunities, Resulting in a Fast Track Career Growth and global exposure. He had the distinction of being one of the youngest board member of National HRD Network (NHRDN) and the youngest advisory committee member of Tamil Nadu Government’s CSR Alliance.
