Human Resources Leader, over 20 years’ experience in diverse multi-national companies. Has a solid experience in all HR domains such as HR Business Partner, HR Shared Service, HR COEs, Organizational Development, Talent Management, M&A Project Management, Workforce Transformation, HR Process Reengineering and DEI. Currently leads a team of Country HR Managers and Project Managers to develop strategies & implement programs that support the company’s growth, talent mobility, hybrid workplace, work-force transformation, business divestiture, skills of the future, leadership bench strength, great workplace experience and employer branding. Experienced HR Leader and have successfully partnered with various senior business leaders across Asia, Europe and Global to enable business talent agenda, organization development and people transformation initiatives.
Has successfully developed and implemented numerous best practices programs in Dell Technologies around Organization Talent Planning, Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives, Employee Resources Group, Wellness Benefits Programs, Caring Leader Program, Career Development and Sales Performance Management that have significantly alleviated a strong HR business partnership, talent retention and employee experience. He has also championed employer branding initiatives and has won multiple industry Employer of Choice and HR Innovation awards for Dell Technologies Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Philippines.
