Introduction
Gurit is a passionate trainer who loves working with people. Her commitment to making learning enjoyable and fun comes from a friendly and interactive style. She has a unique ability to relate to people from all levels that makes her sessions learner oriented.

Current Position And Training Experience
She is currently Head of Training at SMR HR Group Sdn Bhd.
Gurit’s training experience is diverse and has covered a range of industries, including banking, business process outsourcing, customer service, training and education.

She is very passionate about exceeding customer expectations. Her people oriented management style adds to the diversity of the team of consultants and trainers at SMR. Her international exposure comes from her role as a Banking Consultant in New Zealand as well as her various training sessions conducted in Australia, Vietnam, Philippines, India, Abu Dhabi and Singapore.

Education & Training
Gurit successfully completed her LLB (Hons) from the University of London, a Diploma in TESOL and is a Certified Support Professional with The Service & Support Professional Association (USA). She has also successfully completed her Certificate of Training Practice (CTP) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), UK. She is a SMR Accredited Training Professional (ATP) besides being certified as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner.

Gurit is a highly interactive trainer with a focus on making learning enjoyable. She takes into consideration the learning needs of adults and customises her approach to meet the needs of each individual adult learner.

Professional Working Experience
Gurit’s training experience is diverse and has covered a range of industries, including banking, business process outsourcing, customer service, training and education. Her experience has been further enhanced by her involvement with a project team of internal auditors towards achieving ISO standards. She comes from a CRM background which began in the banking industry and within the call centre industry.
