From flipping hamburgers on Main Street to leading HR for Wall Street, Paul N Larsen has over 30 years of executive experience from small start-ups to large global organizations. He is now on a mission to help leaders find their unique voice, one leader at a time.

Current Position & Experience

The author of the award-winning book, “Find Your VOICE as a Leader”, Paul N Larsen, MA, CPPC, is a practicing executive coach and an experienced leadership consultant and speaker. As a former CHRO for a 3-billion-dollar organization, Paul has over 30 years of business experience with executive-level responsibilities within many global corporations. He has a proven and successful track record in building leadership bench strength within the Fortune 100, start-up, and high-tech environments, consulting with organizations such as Twitter, Electronic Arts, Autodesk, Walmart, BNP/Paribas, Workday, Charles Schwab & SAP.

Education & Training

Paul has a BA in History from the University of the Pacific as well as a MA in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. In addition, Paul holds a variety of certifications including Certified Professional Performance Coach (CPPC) from Source Point Training; Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching (SCC); StrengthsFinders; Emergenetics Profile; and the DiSC Profile.

Speaking/Training Style

Paul enjoys speaking to small and large groups and will tailor his message with a purpose to serve the needs of the audience. He practices a very deliberate and practical style of facilitation given that he understands the complexity of leading all sizes of global teams as well as managing multi-million-dollar enterprise projects.

Current Practice & Interests

A member of the respected Forbes Coaching Council, Paul is a frequent global speaker on leadership at industry and professional association events and is a current member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the National Speakers Association (NSA) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD). In his spare time, he can be found somewhere Southeast Asia helping the local communities as a Board member with “Together We Can Change The World.”
