Work Experience

Jill began her career at AT&T and spent 22 years in the Telecommunications industry in the New York City area prior to founding her consulting firm in 2009. She works with the best and brightest leaders around the world to re-engage employees, improving productivity, retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. Her clients include Novartis, ARROW, Orica Mining, Crocs, CSG International, TIAA, ACT, and numerous U.S. cities and non-profit organizations.

Qualifications

Jill holds a BA in Communications from the State University of New York, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt. Jill is Founder & President of Jill Christensen International, and has served as the head of global Internal Communications at Fortune 500 companies Avaya and Western Union.

A best-selling author and international keynote speaker, Jill was recently name a Top 100 Global Employee Engagement Influencer for 2017.

Jill lives in Denver, Colorado, in the United States and is passionate about global travel, downhill skiing, live music, extraordinary food and wine, American Football, and her two Maine Coon cats.
